Arrival
Visiting the Zoo and "Maksimir" - the largest and most beautiful park in Southeastern Europe, laid out in 1794, with sunny meadows and romantic lakes.
18.00 Climbing up Medvednica - the Zagreb mountain, 1034m high.
20.00 - 22.00 Dinner at the Climber’s lodge “Runolist”*
23.00 Welcome party

10.00 - 13.00 Mountain Rally - games in groups that makes discovering Medvednica more interesting

15.00 Visiting the “Zrinski mine” – the first mine in Croatia opened for visitors
19.00 Dinner with authentic Croatian food at the Climber’s lodge "Runolist"
21.00 International party
Sleeping will be arranged in the Climber’s lodge “Runolist”.**

10.00 Climbing down the mountain or getting the bus back to town
12.00 Few activities to choose:
- visiting The Botanical Garden and linked parks called Lenuzzi or Green Horseshoe in the Lower Town of Zagreb
- visiting the oldest part of Zagreb - the Upper Town, with some of the most interesting museums of the city and the Cathedral
- resting, drinking coffee and having ice-cream in one of hundreds café’s in town
Departure 
The price is 45€ or 320kn. It includes the picknick, breakfasts, dinners, entrance ticket for the mine, accommodation and three day tickets for the tram in Zagreb and bus to Medvednica.
Every participant will also get a free T-shirt from IAESTE Zagreb! Friday and Sunday lunch as well as the tickets to the ZOO and museums are not included in the fee. The reception of the participants at the bus and train station will be arranged.

You can also take the bus. Don’t worry if you’ll have many things with you - a few cars will take your bags and they be waiting for you in the place where we’ll be sleeping that night.

The Climbers' lodge "Runolist" is located at an elevation of 830 m, and was built in 1936 by mountaineering society "Runolist". It is located on the southern slopes of the central part of Medvednica, in the midst of a thick forest, in the vicinity of the Sljeme road. The accommodation is in beds. It has a wonderful view on the city Zagreb.
