Capoeira is an afro-brazilian combat skill developed by the African slaves in Brazil. It is characterized by acrobatic movements and it's always played with music.
Find out how it's played, learn the basic moves of defense and attack. Feel the spirit of Brazil and the energy that this skill possesses!

Program: 
3-4 pm – Warm-up with Ginga exercise, listening to Brazilian rhythms 
4-5 pm – Basic movements
5-6 pm – Break
6-7 pm – Discussing capoeira, presentation
7-8 pm – Working in pairs, basic movements and combinations
8-9 pm – Roda, Makulele basics.
